You Don’t Have to Manage It Alone

Mental health concerns can be hard to talk about, but you’re not the only one going through it. Many patients experience symptoms like worry, sadness, irritability, restlessness, or difficulty focusing. These changes can affect sleep, work, school, and relationships. Over time, untreated mental health conditions can also affect your physical health.

At Complete Care Physicians, we take a patient-first approach. We offer a supportive, private space to talk about what’s going on and explore treatment options that are realistic, thoughtful, and safe. From short-term stress to long-standing conditions, we work with you to create a plan that fits your life.

What Our Mental Health Visits Cover

We offer evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support for a range of mental health needs. Visits are judgment-free and tailored to what you’re currently facing.

Emotional Health Check-Ins

Sometimes you don’t need a diagnosis. You just need to talk about how you’re feeling. We’re here to listen and provide clinical insight when emotional strain starts interfering with everyday life.

ADHD Evaluation and Support

We help identify and manage symptoms like inattention, restlessness, and difficulty focusing. ADHD treatment may include medication and regular follow-up visits.

Anxiety Symptoms and Treatment

We offer screening and care for anxiety-related symptoms such as worry, fatigue, and trouble sleeping. Anxiety treatment plans are personalized and may include medication.

Depression Screening and Care

We provide support for patients experiencing low mood, lack of energy, or changes in motivation. Depression care may include screening, medication, and routine check-ins.

Coordination With Therapy or Specialists

If your care would benefit from therapy or psychiatric evaluation, we can help connect you with local providers while continuing to manage medications and primary care in-house.

Follow-Up for Ongoing Conditions

We offer continued care for mental health concerns that require regular check-ins. Many of our patients work with us long-term for support with managing symptoms and adjusting treatment over time.

A Medical Home That Includes Mental Health

Mental and physical health are deeply connected. That’s why we treat both with equal care. At Complete Care Physicians, your mental health concerns are never brushed aside or treated as an afterthought. We’re here to listen, check in regularly, and adjust your care as needed.
