About Dr. Shruja Patel
Dr. Shruja Patel, a board-certified family medicine physician, leads the team at Complete Care Physicians. Dr. Patel who is a native to Katy, brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in outpatient private practice as well as emergency medicine. She is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of her patients through personalized care. She enjoys management of chronic conditions including ADHD management, mood disorders, metabolic disorders and obesity.
About Dr. Poonum Patel, M.D.
Dr. Poonum Patel, a Katy, Texas native and alumnus of James E. Taylor High School, pursued her undergraduate studies at Baylor University, Waco, where she majored in Neuroscience. During her time at Baylor, she actively engaged in international medical missions, contributing to the establishment of clinics in underserved Central American villages. Following this, Dr. Patel earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Her postgraduate journey led her to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Fort Smith, where she completed her Family Medicine residency.
