It depends on your diagnosis and treatment plan, but many patients visit us every 3–6 months. We’ll recommend a schedule that makes sense for your condition.
Yes. We frequently take over management for patients moving into the area or changing physicians. We’ll review your past records and develop a plan going forward. 
Not always. Some conditions require more frequent testing than others. We’ll let you know what’s needed based on your current health and treatment goals.
We’ll review all your prescriptions, including those from other specialists, to make sure they work well together. We can also help reduce unnecessary medications.
Yes. If you’re having trouble with medication side effects or your treatment plan feels too difficult to stick with, we’ll work with you to find a better option.

We are closed from 12 pm – 1 pm for lunch. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911. If it is a non-emergent issue, please call back during business hours.

All after-hours calls regarding medication refills or issues deemed non-urgent will incur a $50 fee.
